: If a sportsperson commits an offense in accordance with clause (a) of section 32 of the Act, such sportsperson shall be suspended for a maximum of six months according to the amount and nature of the prohibited drugs consumed by him as mentioned in section (a) of section 33 of the Act. He will be barred from participating in any sports competition.
